In the heart of Prague’s Vinohrady district, we had the opportunity to breathe new life into a generous apartment. Our goal was not merely to modernize the space, but to create a home that responds to the needs of contemporary urban living while retaining its unique character.

The main protagonist of the interior is a dominant spiral staircase. This sculptural element, positioned at the very heart of the layout, does more than just connect floors—it serves as the dynamic focal point of the entire apartment. The transformation involved a radical reconfiguration of the floor plan, opening the space to light and movement. The modern interior aesthetic goes hand in hand with invisible yet cutting-edge technology; an integrated heating and cooling system ensures ultimate comfort without disturbing the visual purity of the design.
